Our Parts Department & Workshop is located at our Castries branch on
Micoud Street.
Repair Policy
We repair ONLY what we sell and do not accept repair jobs for items
bought elsewhere. We do not repair large appliances, stationary tools,
or gas engines (including lawnmowers and trimmers) at our workshop in
Castries.

Warranty Information
We agree to repair or replace (at our option) any
item proving to have a manufacturing defect within 90 days from the date
of purchase.
The original receipt MUST accompany any warranty claim.

Special Orders
We can also 'special order' certain parts which are not in our inventory
for the brands we sell.
Special orders require pre-payment or a deposit depending on the
total cost.
